Tata Curvv EV SeriesX launched with a 502 km range, new variants, premium features, and competitive pricing in India.
The Indian automaker has introduced a new range of the Tata Curvv EV, called the Curvv EV SeriesX, in India, with its base price beginning at Rs 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This latest addition comprises two new variants of the Tata Curvv EV, a new colour option, and updated features.
Performance and Range
The Curvv EV SeriesX has a 55 kWh battery pack powering a single electric motor that makes 165 bhp and 215 Nm of torque. On a single charge, the vehicle offers an ARAI-tested range of 502 km, while the manufacturer claims a C75 range of approximately 400 km, making the Curvv EV a practical choice for commuting and long-distance travel.
Features and Technology
The Accomplished X 55 model is available with a panoramic sunroof, dual 10.25-inch screens, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera, blind-spot monitoring, ventilated seats, a premium leatherette interior, and rear sunshades.
Meanwhile, the Empowered X 55 trim includes additional features like ventilated front seats, six-way power adjustment for the driver’s seat, reclining rear seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and the Arcade.ev app package. In addition, it includes a JBL nine-speaker audio system and a Level 2 autonomous driving assistance system.
Among other notable features are 18-inch wheels, vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-load charging capability, gesture control for a power-operated tailgate, and dynamic lighting animations.
Variant and Pricing Details
The new Tata Curvv EV series comprises three variants, including the Accomplished X 55, Empowered X 55, and Empowered X 55 Dark, which are priced at Rs 16.99 lakh, Rs 19.19 lakh, and Rs 19.49 lakh (ex-showroom), respectively.
